To be set apart is not to become unreachable, impressive, or spiritually superior. It is to become increasingly surrendered.

Across the back, the opening words establish the God who calls His people before the composition arrives at BE HOLY / BECAUSE I AM HOLY. The command receives the visual focus, but its source remains inseparable from it: believers pursue holiness because God Himself is holy.

The complete passage protects “set apart” from becoming a slogan. It is a calling meant to shape all that we do.
